Surfing through my bookmarks I came across the work of Copenhagen based designer Kristina Dam The picture above caught my eye immediately as I love the basic form of the table and even more because I was thinking of a new bedside table in this particular shape! Definitely a 'sign' don't you think! Kristina is educated as a graphic designer at the Royal Danish Academy of Architecture and says her objects and illustrations are inspired by this background and her love for letters as a graphic designer. I have fallen in love with her work and I would have loved to see it at Maison et Objet this next week.
